Special Window Physical Share Transfer (SEBI)
Use SEBI’s special window to relodge pending physical share transfer requests that were filed before the cut-off.
SEBI periodically opens a special relodgement window for share-transfer applications that were originally lodged before the physical-transfer cut-off but couldn’t be processed due to objection memos, signature mismatches, or missing KYC. Outside the window, these applications can no longer be revived.
We assess whether a pending transfer is eligible for relodgement, prepare the regularisation set the RTA requires (typically a fresh ISR-1, ISR-2, banker’s attestation, original objection memo), and file within the window so the transfer completes.
